Lisbon United ("we", "us", or "Lisbon United") operates the website at https://lisbonunited.pt and is the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at travis@growthofagame.com.

We are a registered organization based in Azeitão, Portugal.

What information we collect

When you join our mailing list, we collect your first name, last name, country, email address, and any optional message you choose to include.

If you also complete our supporter survey, we may collect the optional information you provide: your city, mobile phone provider, home internet provider, car make and model, age range, and hobbies and interests. Every survey field is optional.

We do not collect or store any payment information.

How we collect it

We collect this information directly from you through the forms on our website. We only collect data that you actively choose to submit.

Why we use your information

We use your information to:

• Send you club news, updates, and information about upcoming events.
• Understand who our supporters are so we can describe our audience to potential sponsors and partners.
• Improve our communications and events.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you submit a form and tick the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following ways:

• Service providers who help us operate. Our forms and the submissions you send are handled by Tally (tally.so), which stores responses within the European Union. Our website is hosted by Vercel.
• Sponsors and partners receive only aggregated, anonymized insights about our audience as a whole, such as general statistics. We do not share your name, email address, or individual responses with sponsors.

International data transfers

Your submission data is stored within the European Union by our forms provider. Where any service provider processes data outside the EU, we rely on the appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data until you ask us to remove it. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
